Ticket Policy: National Rosé Day Event at Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club
General Policy: All ticket sales for the National Rosé Day event hosted at the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this ticket policy.
Ticket Purchase: a. Tickets can be purchased online through our official ticketing partner or authorized ticket vendors. b. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is subject to the capacity of the venue. c. Tickets are valid for the specific date and event mentioned on the ticket.
Ticket Transferability: a. Tickets are transferable to another person, subject to compliance with any applicable laws or regulations. b. The event organizer holds no responsibility for any fraudulent or unauthorized transfers.
Lost or Stolen Tickets: a. The event organizer will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. b. Reissuing of lost or stolen tickets may be at the sole discretion of the event organizer, subject to verification and applicable fees.
Event Cancellation or Postponement: a. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the National Rosé Day event, the event organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders through the contact information provided during the ticket purchase. b. In case of cancellation, a refund will not be provided for the ticket purchase. However, the event organizer may, at their discretion, provide alternate arrangements or reschedule the event.
Event Entry and Identification: a. All ticket holders must provide a valid government-issued identification document for age verification upon entry to the event. The event may have age restrictions and may require attendees to be of legal drinking age. b. Tickets are valid for entry to the event for the specified date and venue only. Liability: a. The event organizer and the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings that occur during the event. b. Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the event.
Changes to the Ticket Policy: The event organizer reserves the right to modify or update this ticket policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately and will apply to all ticket purchases made after the update.
